We are based in Marquette, Michigan, and serve clients within a 30-mile radius, including Marquette, Harvey, Ishpeming, Negaunee, Gwinn, and Big Bay.
For summer events, we recommend booking before spring, as our calendar typically fills up by May. While we may accommodate bookings with 1–2 weeks’ notice, sufficient lead time ensures we can coordinate staffing and logistics effectively.

Booking and Payment
Visit loadedpotatocatering.com/get-estimate to complete our onboarding form. Once submitted, your date is tentatively reserved. We’ll review your form and provide an estimate before confirming next steps.
A 33% deposit is required to secure your date. Cancellations made at least 60 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Deposits for cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable.
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards (a 3% fee applies to credit card payments).
Day of the Event
Setup timelines vary, but for a 6 PM dinner:
- Setup begins at noon.
- We return around 4:30 PM to light the chafing dishes.
- Food is delivered at 5:30 PM to ensure it’s fresh for a 6 PM service.
Adjustments can be made up to one week before the event.
